1. 1 · Try it Verify object — download a .cbor, drop it on the public bench. Checks (did the walk verify?) are separate from policy (does this instance accept it?). A policy reject is not a broken API.
2. 2 · Own it Admit as owner — claim a file as the key it names. Holding the bytes is not enough.
