Bandwidth-walk verify

Four separate stages — not one Verify button. Load → Structure (parse only) → Waypoints (Bari stub) → Span sample (CLAIM-07). Span sample fills ~256 MiB once, then checks a random set of spans. Needs ~300 MiB+ free in the tab.

1. Load idle

Choose a slim-v4 .cbor or load the sample.

2. Structure idle

Runs after a successful load (parse + validate only — no fill).

Structure map appears after structure check.

3. Waypoints (Bari) idle

Lists tip heights / waypoint digests from the object. Bari portable-index not wired yet.

4. Span sample idle

After fill/rebuild, randomly sample N spans (not “max gaps”). Sequential v1 — labelled honest.

seed blank → random u32 (shown in result). n=0 in wasm means all spans; UI defaults to ≥1.
